A selection of presentations of the changing scene around Bewdley.

GWR 0-6-0 No. 3205 circa 1972 and Western Courier in August 2008 at the north end of platform 1.

The second scene is at the south end of the station, looking towards the barrow crossing. These two photos are approximately 30 years apart.

Considerable foliage growth is evident in the intervening years and the station gardens have been improved.

South box and signals shortly after the SVR opened to Bewdley and in 2008. In the contemporary view, the right hand bracket signal is an award winning brand new replacement.

An exact match is not possible, but these shots do show improvements & developments to the Bewdley station site during preservation from this high view point only accessible to SVR staff.
